Tumaco 3SN was harvested on February 25, 2022 from the Tumaco lot in Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Cañas Verdes farm. Right after harvest, the coffee cherries were fermented with yeast for 60 hours and then slow dried for 30 days.. Tumaco 3SN has the classic clean fruitiness of natural Esmeralda Geishas. This coffee has notes of jasmine, bergamot, blackberries and tamarind.
