About Kizuna Roaster & Co.

In 2020, we started as a micro-roaster in Hong Kong - a city filled with fast-paced and trendy coffee shops. We wanted to create a place that bonds people together via coffee, which is why we name our roaster 'Kizuna'(絆 in Japanese).

In Kizuna, we choose to trade with farmers directly. By skipping the middlemen: Such as distributors, brokers, we ensure all of our money goes directly back to our beloved farmers.

To us, specialty coffee is not just a mere score of 80+. It is about supporting farmers and improving their quality of life by rewarding their dedication to high-quality coffee.

Coffee shouldn't just taste good, it should do good to the society too.
