Santiago Caro is a young coffee producer (23 years old) from Urrao. Antioquia, Colombia.
He's been learning about coffee through his dad, a legend of coffee in Colombia, he's won a lot of prizes with his coffee as Cup of Excellence, and his farm is absolutely beautiful!
He's part of Unblended and Ventola Institute (UVI), a new program we're creating with Felipe to help them create their own coffee brand and learn more about processes and fermentations through Felipe's experience.
This is one of his first times doing a natural process. It is incredibly awesome!
