1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kizuna.coffee website (the "Site") or purchasing any products from Kizuna.coffee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any products.   

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.   
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Kizuna.coffee or users of the Site or expose them to liability.   
  • Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.   
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Site.   

3. Product Orders and Payments

  • All product orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Kizuna.coffee.
  • You agree to pay the full price for all products you order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other secure payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
  • Return Product (Optional): Depending on the situation, we may request that you return the unused portion of the coffee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software,text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned byKizuna.coffee, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.   
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site.   

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kizuna.coffee makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site.   
  • Kizuna.coffee does not warrant that the Site, its servers, or any email sent from Kizuna.coffee are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Kizuna.coffee, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase or use of any products from Kizuna.coffee.   

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
