At Kizuna,we're committed to delivering the freshest, most flavorful coffee possible. To ensure optimal quality, we roast our beans to order, meticulously considering factors like weather and humidity to achieve the perfect roast profile.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, please allow for a 1-2 week window for roasting and processing. We typically aim to fulfill orders within 7 days, but factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, may occasionally cause slight delays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping

Currently Unavailable: Due to variables beyond our control, such as degassing rates after air freight and differences in water conditions between countries, we do not currently ship internationally. We want to ensure that every cup of Kizuna.coffee delivers the optimal flavor experience, and these factors can significantly impact the final brew.
